Acceptable use policy

Scope and operator
Mingzhu Wang operates Ozil Goal, an adult photo-to-video service. These rules apply to uploaded photos, prompts, generated football and dance videos, and use of the service. The Terms and Refund policy also apply.
Content review and reporting
To report prohibited content or misuse, email support@ozilgoal.run or choose Report prohibited content or appeal on the Help page. Include the relevant task ID or URL and an explanation; do not send harmful files. The operator manually reviews reports and relevant account/task records, and may ask for more information. The AI provider also applies its own automated safety checks. We do not manually review every upload before generation and cannot guarantee automated detection of all prohibited content.
Violations and enforcement
Depending on the severity and evidence, we may warn the user, remove generated content, suspend access while investigating, or terminate access for serious or repeated violations. Suspended accounts cannot sign in or submit new jobs. Content removal does not automatically restore a video credit. We keep a record of the decision and will explain the reason by email where permitted and practicable.
Purchased credits and appeals
During a restriction, unused purchased credits are inaccessible but remain recorded; they are not automatically forfeited. We review the order, usage and any refund due individually under the refund policy and applicable consumer law. Request a review of a restriction or removal at support@ozilgoal.run with the task or account reference and supporting explanation. If the restriction was mistaken, we can restore access.
Acceptable use
Prohibited content includes graphic violence, gore, hate speech, threats, harassment, sexual content, exploitation of minors, deception, impersonation, and material you do not have the right to upload. Do not create content promoting violence or hatred against a protected group, or use the service for illegal activity. Mark AI-created content appropriately when sharing it and follow the destination platform’s rules.
Copyright, trademarks and likeness
Upload only photos and other material you own or have permission to use, including permission from the adult depicted. Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights. A public photo, video or song is not automatically licensed for reuse. Our original soundtrack does not grant rights to unrelated music, sports footage or brand assets.
Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)
You must not upload, create, synthesize, alter, share or distribute intimate or sexual images or videos of another person without their explicit consent. This includes AI-generated or manipulated intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes and attempts to sexualize a person without consent. Permission to use an ordinary photo is not consent to create intimate imagery. This prohibition applies separately from the ban on deception and impersonation; all sexual content is also prohibited by our acceptable use rules.
Deception, impersonation and deceptive deepfakes
Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent identity or consent, or use AI-generated content to deceive, defraud, harass or falsely imply an endorsement. Do not present a synthetic video as authentic footage of something the depicted person did. Obtain permission to use the photo and identify AI-generated content when sharing it. Non-consensual intimate imagery is independently prohibited above.
Child safety: zero tolerance for sexual exploitation
We have zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and abuse, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Uploading, creating, requesting, synthesizing, sharing or distributing sexual content involving a person under 18 is prohibited, including AI-generated, manipulated or fictional depictions. When a violation is identified, we remove the prohibited content from the service and terminate the responsible account’s access. We report to relevant law enforcement or child-protection authorities when required by applicable law or necessary to protect a child, and handle any legally required preservation securely. Report concerns to support@ozilgoal.run or use Help with a task ID or URL; do not attach, download or redistribute suspected abuse material. Reports are reviewed by the operator; these rules do not imply that every upload is manually pre-screened.
Report handling
Send the task ID or URL, the reason for your report and a way to contact you to support@ozilgoal.run, or use Help. Do not attach illegal or intimate material. The operator reviews the report, checks relevant records, restricts access or removes content when warranted, and records the decision. Reports involving child safety or immediate harm receive priority. Additional information may be needed. You can request a review of an enforcement decision through the same address.
