Mingzhu Wang operates Ozil Goal as an individual business and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact support@ozilgoal.run.
The service
Ozil Goal is an independent AI video tool, not affiliated with Mesut Özil, football clubs or social platforms. Access is for adults aged 18 or older. You must have permission to use every photo you upload.
What you buy
Each video credit submits one personalized generation using the advertised 15-second, vertical 480p, silent MP4 format. AI may produce identity, movement or ball-continuity errors. Results are not guaranteed to match an example exactly. No subscription is sold.
Content review and reporting
To report prohibited content or misuse, email support@ozilgoal.run or choose Report prohibited content or appeal on the Help page. Include the relevant task ID or URL and an explanation; do not send harmful files. The operator manually reviews reports and relevant account/task records, and may ask for more information. The AI provider also applies its own automated safety checks. We do not manually review every upload before generation and cannot guarantee automated detection of all prohibited content.
Violations and enforcement
Depending on the severity and evidence, we may warn the user, remove generated content, suspend access while investigating, or terminate access for serious or repeated violations. Suspended accounts cannot sign in or submit new jobs. Content removal does not automatically restore a video credit. We keep a record of the decision and will explain the reason by email where permitted and practicable.
Purchased credits and appeals
During a restriction, unused purchased credits are inaccessible but remain recorded; they are not automatically forfeited. We review the order, usage and any refund due individually under the refund policy and applicable consumer law. Request a review of a restriction or removal at support@ozilgoal.run with the task or account reference and supporting explanation. If the restriction was mistaken, we can restore access.
Billing model and delivery
Single costs $3.99 for 1 video credit, Trio costs $9.99 for 3, and Squad costs $24.99 for 10. Each generation uses one credit. Credits are added after verified payment confirmation. There is no recurring subscription, automatic renewal or automatic top-up. Prices and any taxes are shown before payment.
AI provider and review
Videos are generated using Seedance 2.0 Mini through EvoLink. Availability depends on the provider, and output can contain visual errors. Review your video before sharing it. Confirmed technical failures return the credit; serious visual defects are handled under our refund and redo policy.
Checkout provider
Available checkout methods identify the payment provider before you pay. Waffo Pancake processes payments when its checkout is selected. Purchase options remain unavailable until the relevant merchant integration is active.
Accounts and ending use
Keep your account secure and contact support@ozilgoal.run if you suspect unauthorized access. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by email. We may restrict use that breaches these terms or harms other users. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Acceptable use
Prohibited content includes graphic violence, gore, hate speech, threats, harassment, sexual content, exploitation of minors, deception, impersonation, and material you do not have the right to upload. Do not create content promoting violence or hatred against a protected group, or use the service for illegal activity. Mark AI-created content appropriately when sharing it and follow the destination platform’s rules.
Processing and availability
Render times vary. A pending or uncertain task does not mean that submission failed. Check your account before trying again. Downloads remain available for 30 days; save a local copy. Video credits do not expire.
Purchases and support
Prices are in USD and any applicable taxes must be shown at checkout. Review the refund policy before purchase. Submit account-specific questions through the signed-in help form. Purchases are available only when an active checkout option is displayed.
