What we collect
We store your sign-in name and email, purchase and video-credit records, uploaded photos, generation tasks and completed videos. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
Service providers and storage
Cloudflare hosts this website and account records. Backblaze B2 stores uploaded photos and generated videos in a private US-region bucket. EvoLink receives the photo and reference required to run Seedance 2.0 Mini. Google supplies the identity information you authorize when Google sign-in is available. These providers may process data outside your country.
Payments and optional analytics
When Waffo Pancake is displayed as the checkout provider, it handles checkout and payment-card data. If another checkout provider is offered, that provider is identified before payment. We store order identifiers, amount, currency and payment status, not full card numbers. Optional Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are enabled only after consent; Cookie settings lets you change that choice.
Your choices
Contact support@ozilgoal.run to request access, correction, an export or deletion of your account data. We may need to verify account ownership. Records required for unresolved tasks, refunds, disputes or applicable accounting obligations may need to be retained. We do not sell personal information or send marketing newsletters. This service is for adults aged 18 or older.
How images are used
When real generation is enabled, your photo is sent to EvoLink to create the requested video. A fixed motion reference is supplied with it. Do not upload photos without permission or sensitive documents. Local replay mode does not send your photo to the model.
Retention and deletion
Uploaded photos are scheduled for removal after 7 days, except while a task is unresolved. Completed video files are scheduled for removal after 30 days. Keep a downloaded copy. Financial and task records may remain for reconciliation. Contact us through the signed-in help form to request deletion. Provider-side retention is separate from our own storage.
Essential cookies and statistics
We use an essential session cookie and a first-source attribution cookie. We record page visits, generation starts, checkout opens and downloads without image contents or payment credentials. Optional Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you allow analytics. They are limited to public content pages; account, upload, checkout and support forms are excluded. No advertising cookies are used.
